Who we are

This site is operated by GM Global Group Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, trading as Visionator. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website.

What we collect

Discovery form data — name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, plus the answers you give about your business (revenue range, channels, current pain, etc).
Voice notes — only when you record one and submit it. We don't store voice; we transcribe it on submission and keep only the text.
AI Adoption Grant tool (/ai-grant) — the answers you give the fit check: your postcode or town, company name, headcount band, whether the project is new or a further phase, optionally your website address, the process you pick, your estimates of hours, hourly cost and how much could be automated, the systems involved, whether sensitive data is involved, and your three confirmations. If you then ask for a brief or a proposal, your name and business email.
Basic technical data — your approximate location (city-level) used to personalise the hero greeting and to offer your town in the grant tool, and standard server logs (IP, user agent, time) used by our hosting provider.

Nothing in the grant tool reaches us until you submit it. While you are answering, your progress is kept in your own browser (localStorage, key vsn_grant_progress) so you can close the tab and come back. Clearing your browser data deletes it. We never see it unless you press the button at the end, and your name and email are never stored there.

If you give us your website address, we fetch that one public homepage — the same page anybody can visit — and send its visible text to Anthropic's Claude API to suggest where AI might help. We send the page text and the domain. We do not send your name, your email, or anything else you typed.

We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics or session recording, and there is no consent banner because nothing is stored on your device for our benefit.

We do keep our own record of how the grant tool is used, because we need to know where people get stuck and which adverts are worth paying for, and we would rather do that ourselves than hand you to Google. It is written to our own database and shared with nobody. It holds:

which steps you reached and in what order, and how long each one took;
the answers you gave — your headcount band, the process you picked, the hours, the hourly cost, the percentage, whether systems or sensitive data are involved, and the result the page showed you;
your device type, operating system, browser, screen size, language and the colour theme you were using;
your approximate country, region and city, from the same edge header described above;
where the visit came from — the campaign parameters in the link, the referring site, or nothing at all if you typed the address.

It is tied to a random identifier generated for that visit and held in sessionStorage, which your browser discards when you close the tab. It is not a cookie, it cannot be read by any other website, and it is never joined to your name, your email address, your company, your postcode or your IP address — none of which are in any of these records. Opening the page again tomorrow produces a new identifier that cannot be linked to this one. We keep it for 12 months and then delete it. (Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing whether the page works.) If you would rather not be counted at all, blocking sessionStorage or JavaScript for this site stops it, and everything on the page still works.

Counting people rather than tabs. To know whether ten visits were ten people or one person opening the page ten times, each visit is stamped with a one-way daily code: your IP address and browser description are mixed with a secret that changes every night, and only the result is kept. The address itself is never written down, the code cannot be turned back into it, and at midnight UK it changes — so the same person tomorrow is a different code and nothing can follow you from one day to the next. It is not stored on your device, there is nothing to clear, and it is never joined to your name, your email or your company. It exists to turn a pile of visits into a count of people and it cannot do anything else. (Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing how many people the page reaches.)

Ad clicks. If you arrive at /ai-grant from an advertisement, the link carries campaign parameters in the URL — utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, and Google’s click identifier gclid. If you submit the form, those values are saved with your enquiry so we know which advertisement it came from, and the click identifier may be sent to Google to record that the click led to an enquiry. Your name and your email address are never sent to Google. Nothing is sent if you do not submit the form. The parameters are in the address bar and you can delete them before submitting. (Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing which advertising works.)

Anti-spam. When it is enabled, the website analysis on /ai-grant is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the request comes from a browser rather than a script. It sets no advertising cookie and does not track you across sites.

Why we collect it

To reply to you about your project. (Legal basis: your request, taking steps prior to entering a contract.)
To run and secure the website. (Legal basis: legitimate interest.)
To prepare your indicative project figures and, if you ask for it, your brief and a conditional proposal. (Legal basis: your request, taking steps prior to entering a contract.)
Only if you tick the box on the grant form, to send you occasional useful things about AI and funding for Scottish businesses. (Legal basis: your consent — it is off by default, unticking it changes nothing else, and every email has an unsubscribe link.)

That's it. We don't profile you, score you, or build a marketing list from anyone who has not ticked that box.

We are not Scottish Enterprise and we do not send them anything. Your business is the applicant; nothing from this site is submitted to any funding body on your behalf.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted services to run the website. Each only sees what it needs to do its job:

If you become a client: for the duration of our relationship plus 6 years (UK accounting requirement).
If you don't: 24 months from your last contact, then deleted.

Qué recopilamos

Datos del formulario Discovery — nombre, email, número de WhatsApp opcional, y las respuestas que das sobre tu negocio (rango de facturación, canales, problemas actuales, etc).
Notas de voz — solo si grabas una y la envías. No guardamos el audio; lo transcribimos al enviarse y solo conservamos el texto.
Herramienta del AI Adoption Grant (/ai-grant) — las respuestas que das en el chequeo: tu código postal o localidad, nombre de la empresa, rango de empleados, si el proyecto es nuevo o una fase posterior, opcionalmente la dirección de tu web, el proceso que eliges, tus estimaciones de horas, coste por hora y cuánto podría automatizarse, los sistemas implicados, si hay datos sensibles, y tus tres confirmaciones. Si después pides un resumen o una propuesta, tu nombre y tu email profesional.
Datos técnicos básicos — tu ubicación aproximada (a nivel ciudad) para personalizar el saludo del hero y para ofrecerte tu localidad en la herramienta del grant, y logs estándar del servidor (IP, navegador, hora) que registra nuestro proveedor de hosting.

Nada de lo que escribes en la herramienta del grant llega a nosotros hasta que lo envías. Mientras respondes, tu progreso se guarda en tu propio navegador (localStorage, clave vsn_grant_progress) para que puedas cerrar la pestaña y volver. Si borras los datos del navegador, se elimina. No lo vemos salvo que pulses el botón final, y tu nombre y tu email nunca se guardan ahí.

Si nos das la dirección de tu web, descargamos esa única página pública de inicio — la misma que puede ver cualquiera — y enviamos su texto visible a la API de Claude de Anthropic para sugerir dónde podría ayudar la IA. Enviamos el texto de la página y el dominio. No enviamos tu nombre, tu email, ni nada más de lo que hayas escrito.

No usamos cookies de tracking, analytics de terceros ni grabación de sesiones, y no hay banner de consentimiento porque no guardamos nada en tu dispositivo en beneficio nuestro.

Sí llevamos un registro propio de cómo se usa la herramienta del grant, porque necesitamos saber dónde se atasca la gente y qué anuncios vale la pena pagar, y preferimos hacerlo nosotros antes que entregarte a Google. Se escribe en nuestra propia base de datos y no se comparte con nadie. Contiene:

qué pasos alcanzaste y en qué orden, y cuánto tardó cada uno;
las respuestas que diste — tu rango de empleados, el proceso que elegiste, las horas, el coste por hora, el porcentaje, si hay sistemas o datos sensibles, y el resultado que te mostró la página;
tu tipo de dispositivo, sistema operativo, navegador, tamaño de pantalla, idioma y el tema de color que tenías puesto;
tu país, región y ciudad aproximados, de la misma cabecera del edge descrita arriba;
de dónde vino la visita — los parámetros de campaña del enlace, el sitio que te trajo, o nada si escribiste la dirección.

Va asociado a un identificador aleatorio generado para esa visita y guardado en sessionStorage, que tu navegador descarta al cerrar la pestaña. No es una cookie, ningún otro sitio puede leerlo, y nunca se cruza con tu nombre, tu email, tu empresa, tu código postal ni tu IP — nada de eso está en estos registros. Si vuelves a abrir la página mañana se genera un identificador nuevo que no puede enlazarse con este. Lo conservamos 12 meses y después lo borramos. (Base legal: interés legítimo en saber si la página funciona.) Si prefieres no aparecer, basta con bloquear sessionStorage o JavaScript para este sitio; todo lo demás de la página sigue funcionando.

Contar personas y no pestañas. Para saber si diez visitas fueron diez personas o una persona abriendo la página diez veces, cada visita lleva un código diario de una sola dirección: tu IP y la descripción de tu navegador se mezclan con un secreto que cambia cada noche, y sólo se guarda el resultado. La dirección en sí no se escribe en ningún lado, el código no se puede revertir, y a medianoche (hora del Reino Unido) cambia — así que mañana la misma persona es un código distinto y nada puede seguirte de un día al siguiente. No se guarda nada en tu dispositivo, no hay nada que borrar, y nunca se cruza con tu nombre, tu email ni tu empresa. Existe para convertir un montón de visitas en un número de personas y no puede hacer nada más. (Base legal: interés legítimo en saber a cuánta gente llega la página.)

Clics en anuncios. Si llegas a /ai-grant desde un anuncio, el enlace lleva parámetros de campaña en la URL — utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, y el identificador de clic de Google gclid. Si envías el formulario, esos valores se guardan con tu consulta para saber de qué anuncio vino, y el identificador de clic puede enviarse a Google para registrar que el clic derivó en una consulta. Tu nombre y tu email nunca se envían a Google. Si no envías el formulario, no se envía nada. Los parámetros están en la barra de direcciones y puedes borrarlos antes de enviar. Anti-spam. Cuando está activado, el análisis de webs de /ai-grant está protegido por Cloudflare Turnstile, que comprueba que la petición viene de un navegador y no de un script. No pone ninguna cookie publicitaria ni te sigue entre sitios.

Por qué los recopilamos

Para responderte sobre tu proyecto. (Base legal: tu solicitud, gestiones previas a un contrato.)
Para operar y proteger el sitio. (Base legal: interés legítimo.)
Para preparar tus cifras indicativas de proyecto y, si lo pides, tu resumen y una propuesta condicional. (Base legal: tu solicitud, gestiones previas a un contrato.)
Solo si marcas la casilla en el formulario del grant, para enviarte cosas útiles de vez en cuando sobre IA y financiación para empresas escocesas. (Base legal: tu consentimiento — viene desmarcada, no marcarla no cambia nada más, y todos los correos llevan enlace para darse de baja.)

Eso es todo. No te perfilamos, ni te puntuamos, ni armamos listas de marketing con quien no haya marcado esa casilla.

No somos Scottish Enterprise y no les enviamos nada. La solicitante es tu empresa; nada de este sitio se presenta ante ningún organismo de financiación en tu nombre.

Las transferencias internacionales están cubiertas por Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo (SCCs) con cada proveedor.

Cuánto tiempo los guardamos

Si te conviertes en cliente: durante la relación más 6 años (requisito contable del Reino Unido).
Si no: 24 meses desde tu último contacto, después se eliminan.
